The Foundation Board is awarding Community Grants up to $1,000. If your project is over $1,000, there will be additional requirements.
Before starting your grant application, please review the funding source's website listed below for updates/changes/addendums/conferences/LOIs.
For proposals under $1,000 submit a one-page proposal summary at any time. The Executive Director will review the letter, and if the project meets the required guidelines and funds are likely to be available, your project will be forwarded on to the Grants Committee for review.
For proposals over $1,000 must complete the pre-application letter. The Executive Director will review the letter, and if the project meets the required guidelines and funds are likely to be available, you will be asked to complete the Warren County Grant Application form.
Applications should be submitted to:
Warren County Community Foundation, Inc.
31 N. Monroe Street
Williamsport, IN 47993
For all grants:
- After receiving approval to proceed from the Foundation, you will be invited to submit a grant application. Electronic copies are encouraged.
- The Grants Committee will review all applications for content and completeness. The Committee will then recommend to the WCCF Board of Directors which applications will be awarded funds. The Board of Directors will vote to approve or request further information.
- The Foundation will notify you of the Board’s decision within ten days following the Board of Directors meeting. Due to the limited availability of unrestricted funds, the Foundation may only award a portion of the grant requests. Well developed proposals are therefore invited to resubmit a request at a later date suggested by the Executive Director.
