In-kind grants of fundamental school supplies to USA teachers to benefit children whose families cannot afford to purchase supplies. The program is intended to equip disadvantaged children in classrooms across the country with the necessary provisions for learning, which will enable the success of every child.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Teachers from schools not serviced by the National Network of Resource Centers are encouraged to apply for teacher supply boxes.

To be eligible, a teacher must teach in a school where 70% or more of the students receive free or reduced-price lunches.

The Kids In Need Foundation partners with their National Network of Resource Centers and directly with schools and school districts to distribute supplies.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications are accepted from July 15, 2019 through August 15, 2019. Applications are available in the summer, in time for the school year.

If you currently have a classroom page listed on, you may not need to fill out an application this year. You will need to verify that your information has not changed and also update your online profile with a cover photo and profile picture. If any of your personal or classroom information has changed, you will need to click on the link below and complete a new application to be considered for the 2019/2020 school year.
