Grants to Huntington County, Indiana nonprofit organizations for charitable community programs. Three separate grant programs exist with the following focus areas: projects that positively impact the community, projects that promote and preserve culture in the County, and youth leadership and community development.
Proposals will be assessed based on potential to positively impact the community, the number of people benefited by the project, measurable goals, and likelihood of successful completion.
HCCF offers the following grant programs:
Make a Difference Grant:
Make a Difference grants are awarded by HCCF, utilizing earnings from the Community Impact Fund, to area nonprofits for charitable purposes that will make a positive material difference in Huntington County.
Hiner Family Grant:
Hiner Family grants are awarded through the Hiner Family Fund to organizations which undertake projects to preserve and promote culture in Huntington County.
Stephanie Pyle "Spirit of the Community" Grant:
The Stephanie Pyle “Spirit of the Community” Fund was created to maintain the memory of Stephanie A. Pyle and her passion for community service in Huntington County. Spirit of the Community grants are awarded to organizations seeking to advance the community development of Huntington County and/or promote youth leadership in our communities. Collaboration between two or more organizations is encouraged but not necessary.
